Delivery guidelines

  • Provide your full delivery address, buzzer code and an active phone number.
  • Someone must be available during the confirmed 1-hour window.
  • If no one's available, the driver may leave the cake with a concierge or arrange re-delivery for an additional fee.
  • Once delivered and signed for, the cake is in your care.
  • Please refrigerate immediately — heat, direct sun and humidity can damage the design.

Pickup guidelines

  • Arrive within your confirmed window. Running late? Just call us.
  • Check the spelling, colours and decorations before you leave the store.
  • Transport on a flat, stable surface in a cool vehicle — not on a slanted seat or in direct sun.
  • Keep refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving, depending on the flavour and design.

We recommend at least 48–72 hours for standard cakes. Custom designs, tiered cakes and wedding cakes typically need 1–2 weeks of lead time. Each product page shows an estimated earliest date — our team confirms the exact timing with you.
Yes. We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area on a case-by-case basis. The standard charge for areas outside our core zones is $60, and availability depends on your date and location. Contact us directly and we'll let you know.
Please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to arrange a new time slot, but please note that refunds are not available for missed pickups.
Every cake at Sweet Heaven is 100% eggless — always has been, always will be. We chose this path because we believe celebrations should be inclusive. Our recipes are crafted to deliver the same rich taste, moist texture and beautiful finish you'd expect from any premium bakery. Whether it's a simple birthday cake or an elaborate five-tier wedding centrepiece, you won't taste the difference — but you'll feel good knowing everyone at the table can enjoy it.
Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Remove from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving for the best temperature and texture. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources and humidity. For fondant cakes, store in a dry, cool area to avoid condensation.

For very early events, we may suggest delivery the evening before with detailed storage instructions. This ensures your cake arrives fresh and your morning stays stress-free.
Changes may be possible depending on how far along your cake is in preparation. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Please note that all confirmed and paid orders are final — refunds and cancellations are not guaranteed.
