We confirm the final price and agree a 1-hour pickup or delivery window that fits your celebration, based on our schedule and availability.

Pay and lock in your booking
Once you're happy with everything, we take payment and lock your order into our calendar. Then our bakers start working on your cake for the agreed date and time.

We recommend at least 48–72 hours for standard cakes. Custom designs, tiered cakes and wedding cakes typically need 1–2 weeks of lead time. Each product page shows an estimated earliest date — our team confirms the exact timing with you.
Every cake at Sweet Heaven is 100% eggless — always has been, always will be. We chose this path because we believe celebrations should be inclusive. Our recipes deliver the same rich taste, moist texture and beautiful finish you'd expect from any premium bakery. Whether it's a simple birthday cake or an elaborate five-tier wedding centrepiece, you won't taste the difference — but you'll feel good knowing everyone at the table can enjoy it.
