Refund policy
When refunds and returns are not available

Due to the nature of our products, refunds and returns are not available once an order has left our facility. This protects food safety, allergy requirements and the quality standards we hold for every cake that leaves our bakery.

Reason 1

Food safety regulations

Health and hygiene laws do not allow cakes and baked goods to be returned once they leave our premises. We cannot resell or reuse any item that has left our control.

Reason 2

Allergy & cross-contamination

Many of our cakes are egg-free, nut-free, vegan or gluten-free. Returned items may have been exposed to allergens or improper storage, which could pose a health risk.

Reason 3

Product quality & integrity

We are committed to products that are fresh, safe and high quality. Accepting returns after pickup or delivery could compromise these standards, so we are unable to take cakes back once they have left our facility.

Step 1 – Report it as soon as possible

  • If you have concerns about taste, texture, appearance or freshness, contact us as soon as possible after pickup or delivery.
  • Sharing photos, your order number and how the cake was stored helps us understand what happened.

Step 2 – How we review & resolve

  • Every concern is reviewed carefully by our team. We look at the timeline, storage conditions and the specific issue you experienced.
  • We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. Options may vary depending on the situation.
  • Timely communication allows us to address issues effectively and ensure the best possible outcome.
While we cannot accept returns once a cake has left our facility, our goal is always to be fair, learn from every situation and keep improving our guest experience.

Cancellation policy
How far in advance you can cancel each cake type

We understand that plans may change and we try to be as accommodating as possible. Because our cakes are custom-made for each order, cancellation requests depend on how far in advance you contact us and whether preparation has already begun.

Cake type Latest time to cancel
Single-tier cakes Up to 5 days before the pickup or delivery date.
Wedding & tiered cakes Up to 7 days before the pickup or delivery date.

Cancellation requests made after these timeframes may be considered only if no work has started on the order.

When work has already started: cake preparation may begin several days in advance, depending on the complexity and customization of the design. Once baking, custom decorations or edible images have started, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible.
How to request a cancellation: if you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact the bakery directly as soon as you can. We’ll review the status of your order, explain what is possible based on the work already completed, and do our best to find a solution that balances flexibility with freshness and quality.
